My story starts back in 2018 when I left my 9-5 Marketing job to become a Yoga Teacher and Health Coach…

During my training I remember my teachers telling me less than 1/3 of us would build a successful profitable business from teaching yoga - in less than 12 months I proved them wrong. I went from working a 9-5 that was OK but paid poorly and left me exhausted by a Friday, to teaching 15+ yoga classes a week, running retreats, and becoming a Health Coach on the side. It took me two years to double my previous corporate income, and although running a business is sometimes tough, I’ve never looked back.

I learned the practical skills to sell authentically, used my background in brand and messaging to start building an audience, and turned my passions into profit.

Only a couple of years into my Yoga career and I had to stop teaching full-time as I developed an injury that required surgery and my body was telling me something - “yes teaching yoga is your passion but this isn’t sustainable on your body forever”. I made the decision to transition into Coaching full time and built up my marketing freelance portfolio alongside it, I also went and did further training with IIN, NLP School, and also trained in EFT. My coaching business was bringing in close to £5k a month and soon I had people asking how I did it.

That’s when I decided to weave my experience as a Marketer with my experience of building a holistic business. I turned my two passions into profit - literally - and in 2021 had my first 6-figure year. I stepped back from the freelancing side, built a website, and focused solely on helping women build thriving, profitable, aligned businesses.

I’ve since worked with hundreds of founders; helping them build thriving successful, and profitable brands. But more than the money - I enjoy helping people tell their stories, connect with their people, and build businesses they’re proud to share.
